Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs cancellations and refunds for all services offered by Jeruz Technologies LLP.

1. Web Design, Development & E-commerce Projects

All projects require 50% advance payment to commence work. This advance is non-refundable as it reserves resources and initiates discovery, research, and design.
Once design/development has started, no refunds are issued for work completed.
If you cancel before work starts, we refund 85% (15% retained for administrative and payment gateway charges) within 7-10 business days.
Abandoned projects (no client response for 30 days) will be marked complete and billed for work done.

Domain registrations, renewals, SSL certificates, premium themes/plugins, and hosting are procured from third parties and are strictly non-refundable once activated.
Hosting renewals are auto-invoiced 15 days prior to expiry. Cancel at least 15 days in advance to avoid renewal.
We are not liable for downtime, suspensions, or non-renewals caused by third-party providers.

Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Services are time-based.
You may cancel the next cycle with 15 days written notice. No pro-rata refunds for partial months.
Ad spends paid to Google, Meta, LinkedIn are non-refundable.
Results in SEO/marketing vary; no refunds are given for ranking fluctuations or campaign performance.

Send cancellation requests to info@jeruztech.com from your registered email with invoice number and reason. Verbal requests are not accepted.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate suspension of all services and domains, plus recovery fees.
